Interesting predictions of Bill Gates for life after the corona virus epidemic. |
Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has made some interesting predictions about life after the end of the Corona virus epidemic.
Bill Gates has expressed his views on life after the epidemic, following recent positive reports about vaccines to prevent the corona virus.
In an interview during the New York Times Daily Book Conference, Bill Gates said that the changes in office and travel caused by the Corona virus epidemic this year will continue after the epidemic is over.
He said one of the big changes would be that somehow companies manage work-related travel.
"My prediction is that 50 percent of business trips and more than 30 percent of office days will be over," he said.
For such business trips, people used to go from one place to another and settle business matters with people and according to Bill Gates, this will no longer be the 'golden rule'.
He predicted that most companies would avoid such business trips.
Bill Gates said that as far as working from home is concerned, some companies will prefer one or the other extreme, meaning that employees from anywhere will always be allowed to work or no one will be given this facility. ۔
"One of the major disadvantages of online meetings is that we won't be able to meet new people, which is why they haven't been able to make new friends this year because they haven't had a chance to meet people," said the Microsoft co-founder.
Several technology companies have decided to allow their staff to work from home in the future.
Twitter, Facebook, Slack and others have provided this facility to the employees.
In contrast, Microsoft has adopted a hybrid policy in which half of the staff has to work for a week.
